For organizations on the plan

Request a change.

This is how every change reaches us: no meeting, no phone tag, no ticket number to remember. Tell us what to change and we do it.

  • →Small changes within one business day. Text, dates, photos, a document, a new page from material you send: up to thirty minutes of work each.
  • →Bigger ones get a date. We reply within one business day with when it will be done. A full redesign is a separate conversation.
  • →No limit on how many you send. Changes are in the plan; none of them costs extra.
  • →Show us instead of describing it. Attach a screenshot of the part you mean, or the photo, document or logo you want on the page: up to five files, 10 MB each.

What happens next

You send it, we do it, you hear back.

No account to log into and nothing to chase. Your staff can also make many of these changes themselves on the staff screen; this form is for everything else.

Taking a screenshot: on a Mac press Shift + Command + 4 and drag over the part you mean; on Windows press Windows + Shift + S; on a phone, press the side button and the volume-up button together, or the home and power buttons.

Two things this form is not for

A redesign, and anything urgent for a person.

A full redesign

  • Rebuilding pages from scratch, a new structure or a new look is a separate conversation, not a change request. Write to us and we will plan it with you in writing.
  • A site over 40 pages or a tool only your organization would use is priced before anything is built.

Anything a person is waiting on

  • We are not an emergency service. If someone needs help today, do not wait for a website change: say it on the phone, on social media, or by email to the people who need to know.
  • If something on the site is wrong in public — a wrong date, a closed program still open — say so in the timing question and we look at it first.
