Even HarvestA sample fair-wage program website. The organization is invented.
Fourteen partner farms in five countries, a wage floor at each, verified twice a year, and the result for every farm published. Five staff, six contracted field verifiers, a budget of about $740,000. The whole site is built around one page, the ledger, because a fair-wage promise nobody outside can check is only a claim.
- KindFair-wage verification for coffee, tea and cocoa farms
- BudgetAbout $740,000 revenue in 2025; $240,000 in brand premiums passed through, not counted as revenue
- Staff5, and 6 contracted field verifiers
- Pages6; farms, visits, brands, numbers and filings staff-editable
- Look"The poster site": ink and white bands edge to edge, wave dividers, Oswald caps, a hero photo with a play button
- Real? No. Every farm, brand, number, person and document is invented and labelled; every benchmark is a sample

One name, one look, one voice.
Every sample has its own brand, set once and used the same way on every page, from the home page to the financials. It is the same work we do for your organization.
- A name and a wordmark, set in one display type
- Four or five colours, each with one job
- One type for reading, chosen for the people the site serves
- One line that says what the organization does, used in search, listings and the share preview
Publishes what each partner farm pays, against a living-wage benchmark.
Six things to press, in order.
Each one is a working feature, and each one is an example of what we build. Nothing you do on the site is recorded.
The wage ledger, with a 180-day flag
Every farm on one page: country, crop, workers, the paid daily rate against a sample benchmark, the gap as a bar, the floor date and the last verification. Filters by country and crop; the count line follows. A farm not verified in 180 days says so on its row, and the history under every row lists each visit.

The premium arithmetic
One number in, cents per pound, and the box shows the fund it makes on the year's pounds, then what that comes to per worker per working day against the average gap still open, all from the ledger's own figures. The page says the arithmetic is a sample.

Purpose, in four tabs
Wage floor, Verification, Premium, Published: one tab each, a tilted photo stack, one paragraph on what the organization does and what it never does. The big word behind the stacks changes with the tab.

Three forms, all in demo mode
A brand pledge (cents per pound, pounds a year, and a summary of what that would fund), a give panel that directs a gift and opens an email, and a field-verifier application that asks for a country and languages. Nothing is sent; each result lists what a real site would do.

Pass-through, apart from revenue
The year adds up: revenue $740,000, expenses $712,000. The brand premiums, $240,000 paid on to farms, sit on their own row beside donations because they are not the organization's money. Three sample 990s, an audit and the determination letter, each labelled on every page.

The staff side
Sign in with one press. Tiles for Farms, Verifications, Brands, Numbers and Financial documents, and the checks: a farm not verified in 180 days, a brand pledged more than 90 days ago and not paying, a number with no method. Edit a farm's rate or a visit date and the public ledger would follow; here, nothing you change is saved.

The button below signs you in to the real staff area as sample staff. You see what the organization's staff would see: one menu, a tile per tool, and the checks.
- 01Tiles for Farms, Verifications, Brands, Numbers, Financial documents, Year-end
- 02Checks: a farm not verified in 180 days, a brand pledged more than 90 days ago and not paying, a number with no method, the age of the newest 990
- 03A farm's last-verified date and paid rate come from its newest visit; the gap, the bar, the flag, the home cards and the metrics follow
- 04Press Update on anything and the screen says "Nothing was saved"

The gap, in a minute and a half.
A sample of the videos in the plan, longer than the usual minute: the wage floor, the verification visits, and where the money went, told from the organization’s own numbers.
- 1You send the photos and clips you already have, and a line or two on what the video is for: year-end giving, volunteers, an event, the story in your 990.
- 2We write a one-minute script from what is on your site and in your filing, and send it for your yes.
- 3We make it within one week of getting your material: about a minute, wide and vertical, captions burnt in, and a text version for your site.
Up to five a year are in the plan, at no extra charge. The first five nonprofits can have one free: see the offer →
Sample video. Even Harvest is invented, so it has no footage of its own: the clips are free stock (Pexels), no child appears, and the narration is a synthetic voice. For a real organization connectNPO uses only the photos and clips its staff send.

Dawn on a tea hillside.
Even Harvest. Fair wages, verified. Portland, Oregon, since 2017.
A wage floor on 14 farms: Kenya tea, Uganda and Ethiopia coffee, Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire cocoa. About 2,900 workers on record.
The gap, in sample figures: $3.20 a day paid before joining, against a $4.10 sample benchmark. $0.90 a day to close. No real benchmark appears on the site.
Verified twice a year. 27 visits in 2025: pay sheets read, workers interviewed, chosen by the verifier.
67% of the gap closed, on average.
$240,000 paid by partner brands at 8–12 cents a pound: 2,400,000 lb × 10 cents. Held for the farms and paid against verified payroll. Not revenue.
$712,000 spent in the year: field verification $318,000, farm programs and benchmark work $141,000, publishing and the ledger $86,000, management and general $109,000, fundraising $58,000. 77 per cent program, 15 management, 8 fundraising.
$740,000 came in: grants $318,000, gifts $212,000, fees from brands $146,000, other $64,000.
Every farm, every visit, every filing is on the site. Pledge a premium, give, or apply to verify.
