A client-choice pantry in a former hardware store in a central Ohio town: open three days a week, 110 volunteers, two staff, 1,380 households last year, a cash budget of about $400,000. The site is a kitchen table: warm, rounded, and written for the person who is nervous about coming.

Each one is a working feature, and each one is an example of what we build. Nothing you do on the site is recorded.
Three opening days and a few closures on one staff sheet. "Closed right now — opens tomorrow, Saturday, 9 a.m." is worked out from them and the clock, never typed; the same records feed the footer, the search-engine hours and a line for the Google Business Profile.

What to expect, what to bring (nothing), the one signed line explained with its source, a Spanish summary, and a reservation slot in demo mode. No questions about why.

Out, low or enough, with a date on every line. Home, Give and the drive flyer read the same list, and a stale line drops off by itself.

Type an organization and dates and the page makes a dated flyer with the drop-off hours and this week's list. Print shows only the flyer. Nothing is sent.

Receiving the truck, sorting, the three distribution days, drivers: places needed and filled each week. A full shift stays listed; a one-off date vanishes when it has passed.

Monthly households, people and pounds with how each is counted; the year is the sum of the months. Financials carry three 990s, donated food valued separately, and the USDA nondiscrimination statement in full, as a TEFAP site must.

The button below signs you in to the real staff area as sample staff. You see what the organization's staff would see: one menu, a tile per tool, and the checks.

A sample of the one-minute videos in the plan: a distribution day, what the cash buys, and what the year added up to, told from the pantry’s own numbers.
Up to five a year are in the plan, at no extra charge. The first five nonprofits can have one free: see the offer →
Quarry Road is invented, so it has no footage of its own. This sample uses free stock footage where a real pantry’s own clips would go: no client and no face is shown. For your organization we use only the photos and clips you send.

Anyone in the county, once a week. No proof of income. No ID.
You pick your own food: client choice, with a points guide by household size.
In 2025: 1,380 households, 3,940 people, 24,700 visits, and 612,000 pounds of food out the door — food bank 61 per cent, retail rescue 24 per cent, drives and purchases 15 per cent.
Cash spent in the year: $398,000. Food purchases $172,000, staff $109,000, building, utilities and the truck $63,000, administration $31,000, fundraising $23,000.
Sixty-five cents of cash moves one pound of food. Donated food, $842,000, is counted separately, shown the way the filing shows it.
Every figure is on the site. Give, volunteer, or host a food drive.
Sample video. Quarry Road Food Pantry is invented and every figure is a sample. Stock footage (Pexels) stands in for the pantry’s own clips; no client is shown and no one’s face appears. The narration is a synthetic voice and the music is AI-generated. Made by connectNPO.
